Stand-outs and Responsibilities:
-Direct individuals to assess and submit client and/or reinsurer presentation materials and communications to resolve difficult questions and secure reinsurer agreements and payments of claims and account balances.
-Integrate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other system tools to manage difficult transactional processes and ensures assigned tasks are managed effectively and in a timely manner ensuring Client measurement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are adhered to in order to provide services in an efficient, effective and regulatory compliant manner.
-Drive team and department meetings and activities to share opinions, ideas, knowledge, and solutions, and provides inputs for the evolution of the operational model at all levels of the organization in order to promote new process improvement ideas that leverage technology solutions.
-Develop complex information on accounting/claims process for Request for Proposal (RFP) and sales opportunities in order to drive business growth.
-Manage settlement of funds to and from Client in a timely manner in order to ensure all applicable contractual payment terms; warranties and/or conditions are met.
-Implement processes to carry out reinsurance audit/reviews with clients and reinsurers and reviews open claims and/or premium activity, reconciles records in order to facilitate the review/audit process to ensure process quality.
-Collaborate with peers on difficult or contentious reinsurance developments, supporting and providing training, mentoring and guidance within the team and/or department for all aspects of reinsurance service processing to assist with trouble shooting and to develop team resources.
-Establish and drive relationships with Brokers, Clients, and Markets to understand issues in order to resolve problems and queries and review working practices.
