-Minimum of 10 years of related experience
-Bachelor’s degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experience
-Experience and strong track record in driving design and implementation of business automation solutions
-Experience in engaging with management teams in Business, Support Functions and Technology
-Knowledge of business process re-engineering, and automation tools and their application to solve business problems
-Strong verbal and written communication skills including delivering technical details to a non-technical audience
-People management experience
The Enterprise Automation Director will be responsible for overseeing the management and delivery of business process automation.
The role requires collaboration and partnership with internal stakeholders including Operations, Client Services, and Support Functions to apply appropriate technology solutions to a variety of automation use cases.
The Enterprise Automation Director will need an in depth understanding of risk and control requirements including the areas of testing, remediation, and documentation.
The person in this role will work closely with the Automation Business Lead to develop and prioritize the automation pipeline, conduct proof of concepts for new technologies, and help track benefits realization.
