LOB Specific Job Description:

Client Operational Services and Branch Operations provides operational support globally with the overall aim to provide simplified client interactions and to deepen client relationships across Global Banking and Markets clients.

The team is focused on developing solutions for our clients to maintain and grow market share. Functions range from onboarding and offboarding our clients; enabling entity, client and product data; servicing our clients; and protecting our clients. Branch Operations in LATAM, Canada and EMEA provide front-to-back support for our business and clients across many regional offices.

The Quality Assurance team within COS provides a variety of methods to monitor and evaluate controls within a process, assessing the design and effectiveness of those controls to validate processes are operating as intended.

This role will provide reporting and data analytics support for the global COS Quality Assurance team.

This role will be responsible for providing QA metrics and analysis, report management, and automation and streamlining of various reporting functions currently managed across the organization.

This role also requires the individual to be able to troubleshoot any complex problems raised and remediate in a timely manner to ensure deliverables are met.

Responsibilities:
– Produce BAU and ad hoc reporting requests
– Analyze and design dashboard visualizations, metrics and reports for QA analysis to enable data-driven actions and decisions
– Assist in the transformation of manual report production to an automated process to reduce errors and increase efficiency
– Design queries to perform data analytics, and data extractions across databases and sources
– Understand information from various sources logically and holistically, as well as summarize and present complex data in an organized, concise manner
– Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of data used to prepare and report various QA metrics to senior leaders using PowerPoint, Excel, Alteryx and Tableau

Requirements:
– 2+ years’ Experience in Business Intelligence / Business Analyst / Technology / Automation
– 2+ years’ Experience in data mining, analytics and visualization (SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, etc.), as well as process automation and robotics tools (UiPath, Pega, etc.)
– Well versed in business analysis via Excel-based analytics, e.g. External Links, V-Lookups & Pivot Tables.
– SharePoint Design, Workflow, Permissions, and Content management
– Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential – this role will require you to analyze QA results to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements to FLU
– Ability to think broadly and solve macro and micro level problems
– Excellent communication and influence skills across multiple levels / diverse audiences, proven ability to influence without formal authority
– Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward
– Knowledge of AML and/or Client Operational Services is preferred
