M&A Analyst

(Location- Remote in USA)

We are looking out for a M&A Analyst to work in the areas of M&A transaction support (due diligence, valuation, business plan preparation, preparation of information memorandum, etc)

The role involves an M&A advisory / Transaction support and strategy consulting profile.

 
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for financial due diligence assignments, Analyze & evaluate financial and valuation models and provide inputs for the same.
• Preparation of deliverable reports to investors/investor committees containing key due diligence findings, point of view and recommendations.
• Preparation of transaction cycle, marketing materials, valuation analysis, financial modeling, strategic buyers’ outreach.
• Preparation of deal management, develop & maintain client relationships, pitch preparation, presentation.

Required qualifications and experience :
• Tertiary education in related fields is preferred.
• Strong analytical and technical abilities
